Job Description

Join Our Team as Head of Sales!

Own our Sales Success. As Head of Sales you will be the driving force behind our sales engine in the DACH region. You will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire sales funnelfrom identifying and generating leads to closing deals and securing satisfied B2B clients. Youll be a strategic sales leader with a keen eye for opportunity. By leveraging market intelligence and mining sales data youll identify untapped potential and craft a winning sales strategy that takes us beyond the horizon.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of qualified leads and prospects in the DACH region exceeding sales targets through effective deal closure.
  • Independently generate leads contributing to the expansion of the sales pipeline.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage customer accounts ensuring satisfaction and responding to concerns enhancing account retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies and efforts.

Requirements

MustHave:

  • Proven experience in senior sales roles within the fintech/SaaS/loyalty industries with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and consistently meet or exceed objectives.
  • Extensive network and a history of successful engagements with SMEs and ecommerce enterprises.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English languages with proficiency in others being a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication skills outgoing personality and adeptness in relationship cultivation.
  • Ability to lead the strategic direction of the department and foster its growth.
  • Experience in startups and scaleups at early stages contributing to their growth and success.
