The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales team ensuring success of sales performance of business accounts. This role is the key person to focus on driving sales and establish effective sales strategies to achieve the business goals. The ideal candidate will be someone who are aggressive passionate in working towards targets and sales driven within the same industry someone from competitors such as Neo corporate (Fineline Brand) IP Innovate (Hygiene Brand) or other local FMCG companies with deep understanding of the FMCG market particularly the laundry sector in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in sales planning and coaching sales team into meeting business direction and strategies ensuring achievement of sales target.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies relevant to the trade and channel.
  • Effective trade spend management in devising effective promo plans and optimizing budget utilization.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with customers. Involved in negotiation and closing trade terms agreement with the customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 15 years of working experience as a Sales Business Development or Key Account Management with at least 2 years of proven managerial experience in FMCG NonFood Industry.
  • Language proficiency: English and Thailand speaking as well as written preferably.
  • Experience in distributor management is a plus
  • High achiever in closing deals.
  • Ability to build rapport and strong stakeholders management skills.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability and strong leadership skills to lead guide and motivate the sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Possess own transport
  • Working at trade on weekend is a requirement.
