Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and email.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and other documents.

Facilities Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space.
- Coordinate with building management for any facilityrelated issues.
- Arrange repairs and maintenance for office equipment.

Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and provide them with a hospitable welcome.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Organize and file documents both electronically and physically.

Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for events including catering and equipment setup.

Financial Administration:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
- Reconcile receipts and invoices to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in facilities management or event coordination is a plus.
