Job description
- Onboarding of Contract Labors:
- Scrutiny of all documents and credentials of the Contract Labors.
- Contractors/ Contract Labor registration.
- Address and resolve laborrelated issues and disputes in a timely and amicable manner. Attendance Management
- Maintaining Biometric Punching System generate reports and prepare MIS.
- Deployment of Labor in various departments and manage labor shortages Grievance Handling:
- Receive and investigate employee grievances and complaints.
- Implement appropriate grievance resolution mechanisms and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all industrial relations activities.
- Prepare and submit required reports to relevant authorities and management. Contractor Billing:
- Manage contractors billing process and timely submission to Accounts Dept.
