Requirements
- 1. Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the travel industry.
- 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- 4. Proficiency with computer systems and online booking platforms.
- 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 6. Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- 7. Knowledge of geography airlines hotels and travel destinations preferred.
- 8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is preferred but not required.
