Roles & Responsibility:

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for developing and implementing the plan budget and strategy for the Maintenance function. This includes ensuring availability of machinery and equipment as per targeted timelines and costs. The role holder is responsible to lead the function and ensure providing high quality prompt and relevant maintenance assistance to the division. Instituting and ensuring implementation of preventive maintenance and cost optimisations is critical to the role holder.
