In collaboration we areworking with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard an Associate Director of Sales with English to work with teams onsite in Berlin. The successful candidate will oversee client relations retention team performance and revenue generation by leading Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers. They will drive client engagement service delivery and retention while developing their team. The role involves managing diverse client portfolio and leading global engagements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the management team to achieve specific business targets ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets regularly
- Ensure team comprehension to achieve operating plan targets sales goals and customer performance targets (CPTs)
- Support management of account portfolio P&L to achieve gross margin targets
- Analyze data performance and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices for client territories
- Lead effective client management maximizing revenue and communicating quarterly objectives to clients
- Deliver quarterly business reviews at regional/global levels and participate in global business reviews led by the Account Manager
- Collaborate with teams to improve sales processes achieve positive customer experiences and identify expansion opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelors Degree
- Fluency in English German language is not a requirement
- 5 years of proven work experience in a sales leadership role (or similar) with 4 years experience in B2B customerfacing roles for national accounts encompassing both services and support
- Demonstrated experience in supporting successful client engagement adept at handling difficult internal and external challenges and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention
- Proficiency in building and maintaining partner relationships is essential
- Strong people management and coaching skills with a superb record of developing and retaining employees
- A passion for customer experience and the ability to thrive in a matrix environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs along with experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
