No. Description 1 Responsible for P and amp;L for the region 2 Manage a large team of skilled professionals 3 Responsible for achieveving targets of sales BD billing and amp; collection for the region 4 Liaison with Developers to foster excellent working relationship 5 Motivate team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets 6 Full cntrol on P and amp;L with ways to increase revenue and minimise cost 7 Foster team bonding culture and company ethos within the team 8 Build worldclass team and minimise attrition 9 A thought leader with strong business acumen and analytical skills 10 A gogetter with desire to excel in all the business parameters 11 Create develop and exploit commercial opportunities to increase the companys income through existing and potential new clients with whom you will target initiate and develop business relationship 12 Drive business activity market opportunities status trends and business developments for the organization in the assigned market/territory 13 Create and drive strategies to realize commercial opportunities and minimize risks to the business 14 Produce and deliver a sales action plan which supports the companys strategic objectives achieving sales targets and using initiative to take corrective measures as needed 15 Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the companys portfolio and working knowledge of competitor products/services 16 Managing rights and obligations under the companys key commercial agreements and other regulatory bodies 17 Obtain stakeholder feedback on service quality and share with management to continuously improve the business operations 18 Provides adhoc and ongoing decision support to the management by engaging in data analysis risk/return analysis research and market assessment activities for varying business scenarios 19 Identify new market opportunities taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal with Developers that secures new deals contracts and long term relationships 20 Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities shortlong term plans proposals under scrutiny and any other activity related to the business 21 Ensure areas of responsibility are delivered in a way that are consistent with the companys goals and financialcost improvement plans 22 Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with Developers key CPs and internal stakeholders 23 Provide commercial and business development support/advice to other areas of the business within the Group according to the need 24 Experience
Minimum 12 15 years of Business Development Experience in Real Estate Events Banking and appbased organization will be preferred
MBA/PGDM in marketing from a reputed college 25 Skills
