As a Lobby Lounge Waiter, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in the lobby lounge area. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact for guests as they enter the lounge. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lobby lounge
- Assist guests with seating and provide recommendations on menu items
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby lounge area
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on menu items and company policies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up equipment
