Must have Proven 36 years of experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage the recruitment process including creating job descriptions posting job openings and conducting interviews.
Develop and implement a performance management system that includes setting goals providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
Manage the compensation and benefits program including salary administration benefits enrollment and compliance with applicable laws.
Oversee employee relations including handling employee complaints conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Participate in strategic planning and organizational development activities.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters.
Skills:
Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
