Overview:

The TelecallerWalkin plays a crucial role in the organization as they are responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate leads and secure sales. They are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Explain and promote products or services to customers.
  • Handle customer questions inquiries and complaints.
  • Obtain customer information and follow up on leads.
  • Set appointments for sales representatives.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Update customer information in the database.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to scripts and call guidelines.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Good listening and problemsolving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer serviceoriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
