Role Definition
To manage and develop new business for an Upcoming Real Estate Venture by supporting the PreSales and Sales teams to achieve targets addressing customer needs and problems and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team performance culture and productivity.
Ensure excellent walkin to conversion customer experience.
Collaborate with influencers (CAs bankers Channel Partners) to convert referrals from the existing network.
Review marketing and presales activities to enhance lead quality.
Conduct site visits as per agreements and close deals.
Tasks & Activities
Managing Sales & Presales Team
Review the performance of sales and Presales teams.
Resolve client queries and develop the skill sets of the sales team and individuals.
Build coach and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
Conduct daily weekly and monthly meetings.
Set sales targets weekly monthly quarterly annually.
Evaluate and implement processes/systems to support sales growth.
Foster a culture of continuous feedback from the team to our product design and marketing teams to ensure we consistently provide the best services and experiences.
Customer Experience
Welcome and greet customers.
Deliver effective AV presentations as per SOP.
Understand and address the needs and problems of customers.
Provide appropriate solutions to customer issues.
Facilitate site visit tours as per SOP.
Answer FAQs.
Manage the entire process from registration to payment disbursement.
Maintain excellent customer service for existing clients.
Collaborations
Identify and engage with influencers for collaboration.
Register influencers and follow up on new leads.
Close deals sourced from influencers.
Generate leads from existing customers through regular followups.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular followups status updates and value content to stay top of mind with customers.
Reviewing Marketing and Presales Activity
Prepare and timely submit reports on marketing campaigns customer feedback and presales team performance.
Identify issues in marketing campaigns and presales communication.
Ensure the target audience aligns with our product.
Regularly review advertisement posts on property portals and other marketing platforms.
Highlight festive offers prelaunches and launches as per marketing analysis.
Reporting
Submit daily weekly and monthly reports to management as per the matrix.
Prepare customer case studies postsite visits as per SOP.
Upload case studies to the drive with customer names.
Measurement Metrics
Maintain conversion rate from site visits to bookings.
Achieve a minimum site visits monthly from influencer sources.
Convert bookings to agreements and ensure timely payment disbursements.
Reduce the sales cycle length to minimize followup efforts.
Close deals per month.
