Telecaller Pharmaceutical E-commerce Sector

We are a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector with a robust ecommerce platform. Our operations span 220 cities across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle telecalling duties with a focus on customer engagement.
• Conduct followup calls to customers providing detailed information and assistance.
• Use WhatsApp for customer communication and followups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in using phones and laptops for professional tasks.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote or freelance position.
• Preference will be given to candidates from outside Maharashtra.

• We provide all necessary equipment including phone and laptop.
• Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
