Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telecalling duties with a focus on customer engagement.
- Conduct followup calls to customers providing detailed information and assistance.
- Use WhatsApp for customer communication and followups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in using phones and laptops for professional tasks.
- Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote or freelance position.
- Preference will be given to candidates from outside Maharashtra.
