Job Description:
As a Campus Recruiter (Intern) you will play a crucial role in identifying attracting and engaging top talent from universities to meet the hiring needs of our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in fullcycle recruiting and develop valuable skills in talent acquisition and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various channels including placement weeks campus events and online platforms to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
2. Candidate Engagement and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain relationships with students career services offices and campus organizations to promote our clients job opportunities.
Conduct informational sessions workshops and networking events to engage with potential candidates and provide insights into career opportunities.
3. Interview Coordination and Evaluation:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Collect feedback from candidates and clients to evaluate candidate fit and satisfaction
4. Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with the client success team to understand client needs and requirements.
Provide regular updates to clients on candidate sourcing and recruitment progress.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions interview outcomes and hiring metrics.
Generate reports and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement
