Sr Engineer Associate- SQA

1. Ensure zero defect due to E&E parts through early involvement of supplier part development process. Ensure supplier process design is able to produce required QCD requirement of SEPL and its prevention & detection controls deployed at supplier.
2. Ensure supplier on boarding process to serial life monitoring process related to quality
3. Ensure early involvement (SOR DVP etc) on time approval of PPAP PSW sign off APQP reviews IPTR / SPTR trials conducted at supplier DoE FMEA SPC Process characterization GR&R
4. Ensure corrective & Preventive actions are taken as per defined timelines and sustained
5. Plan & execute supplier readiness for the new product launch

1. BE/ B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering / ECE
2. Solid knowledge & working of quality systems & KPI s
3. Strong acumen for business statistics & Data Analytics
4. Experience with supplier quality management systems Global Standards & Processes New Product Development & Advance Quality Planning process including PPAP.
5. On hand experience of part development and approval process of electrical and electronic parts such as BCM BMS HMI VCU MCU and other parts like switches head lamp tail lamps
6. Championing onsite supplier process audits early supplier involvement supplier quality & capacity improvements
7. Participate in program supplier selection with sourcing/commodity management / engineering to assess potential new suppliers for a specific commodity and make recommendation for approved/preferred suppliers.
8. Ability to influence and collaborate with others on driving best in class quality through developing strategic roadmaps and systemic actions to improve & sustain quality improvement plans.
9. Quality planning for such parts for process variance analysis validation supplier EOL etc deploys all past learnings to prevent recurrence of issues
10. Expertise in hardware and integration with SW intern vehicle level requirements are ensured
11. Ensuring supplier selection and approval as well as supplier quality rating supplier corrective actions; and verification of incoming material functions.
12. Ensuring that documentation and design controls are appropriate and effective for the organization.
13. Responsible for Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reporting System
14. Responsible for investigation of formal response to all customer complaints. Daily interface with customer quality representatives.
15. Good exposure of handling of measuring equipment of electrical and electronics parts and process
16. Software/Tools/System Exposure
