Hardware Engineer 12775

Your IT Recruiter is seeking a Hardware Engineer for our client.

Conducts research design development and testing of information processing hardware such as computer chips circuit boards computer systems and electrical components.

Designs new or modifies existing products develops technical specifications for production analyzes hardware configuration and processing solutions and tests hardware conformance to specifications.

Requirements

Basic requirements:
Secret clearance required.
Requires familiarity with VHDL. Will be performing hardware verification on VHDL designs.
Coming up with a Hardware Test Plan.
Executing test plan.
Bachelors degree with 6 years experience.
Onsite only.

Preferred experience: Cosmos Ruby & Git

Basic Qualifications : BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent STEM field rom an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Academic or professional experience using Java, C, C++, C#, Python, or similar programming languages Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Desired skills : Working on cross-functional teams (Hardware, Software, Integration/Test). FACE, Data Modelling and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Cameo or Rhapsody, SysML, DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD. Design Assurance, System Verification, Integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software. Strong verbal and written communication. Familiarity or Experience with any of the following: o Data Modeling o SWF/DDE o CPL and UoP development, FACE o Cockpit Avionics, DO-178 o Air Data Computer, AHRS Integration, Civil FMS
