Tasks
Job duties and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Participating in generating business from customers (from demand to order processing)
- Proactively handle new contractssales requirementsand inquiries using our CRM system with a customercentric approach.
- Take ownership of endtoend order processingseamlessly coordinating with external and internal stakeholders such as Procurement Sales Accounting and Operations team.
- Updating internal CRM with current account information
- Research and approach existing clients to verify viability product use and new contact information for new businesses.
- Assisting customers with potential issues (goods didnt arrive quality issues RMA)
Requirements
Your Exceptional Qualities:
Fluent in Englishwith a second European language especially French is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skillsmaking every interaction a delightful experience.
- An organizational powerhousejuggling multiple tasks with a great eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.

Your Experience and Background:
1 year of sales administration or sales support experience is preferred.
- A bachelors degree is preferredbut your passion and potential are what truly matter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience in CRM systems is a plus.
