Job Description:
- Identify potential B2B clients in the US market and build a robust database of leads
- Initiate outbound communication through various channels including cold calls and emails campaigns to generate interest in our products and services
- Conduct thorough research to qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points
- Create meaningful conversations with prospects and nurture them that would lead to a sales decision
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads to drive the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the Sales team
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion
- Build a sales qualified lead data through lead generation and research using LinkedIn Zoom Info or any equivalent lead generation tools

Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development
- Experience in B2B sales in technology or recruitment industry is a must
- Bachelor s/ College Degree specializing in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management/ Customer Service/ Telemarketing or equivalent is an advantage but not a requirement
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development
- Confidence in speaking with HR Managers and CLevels
- Handson experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar tools
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Demonstrated success in prospecting cold calling and booking sales meeitings
- A strong ability to generate your own leads demonstrating selfmotivation and initiative
- Extremely selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- An obsession with prospect happiness set the stage for effective sales followup
