The ideal candidate for this role demonstrates exemplary professional communication skills effectively engaging with both internal teams to provide project status updates feedback and leadership in meetings and with clients to foster strong trusting relationships as a trusted advisor. They contribute to a collaborative team environment by volunteering assistance motivating team members and sharing specialized industry knowledge with colleagues. This individual is committed to continual learning and development expanding their technical expertise in specific industries and sharing insights with the broader department.

Responsibilities:
- Exhibits and models strong professional communication skills
- With team internally regarding status of projects providing feedback appropriately to staff leading meetings
- With clients building a strong relationship as a trusted advisor
- Creates a team environment by volunteering to help when possible and motivating others to pitch in
- Builds upon technical knowledge by specializing in certain industries. Shares knowledge where appropriate with staff and whole department.
Requirements
- Managerial experience in the US client.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and preferably QuickBooks Desktop or any accounting software.
- Strong understanding of financial statements debits and credits.
- Familiarity with US GAAP.
- Ability to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
