Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Direct all accounting operations overseeing transactions related to the general ledger receivables payables payroll and financial reporting.
  • Manage daytoday activities including accounts payables cash disbursements invoicing/billing customer credits and collections payroll inventory integrity fixed asset records entity accounting cost accounting human resources and operations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices payments and collections.
  • Analyze complex financial reports and records to assess company financial results in terms of profits trends costs and compliance with budgets.
  • Issue regular financial status reports to senior management and manage monthly quarterly and annual reports.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets monitoring expenditures and identifying areas for cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations including timely filing of tax returns and accurate calculation of tax liabilities.
  • Manage international bank transactions including foreign exchange transactions wire transfers and currency conversions.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
  • Prepare financial reports forecasts and variance analyses for management review.
  • Lead and mentor finance team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Undertake other finance and administrative duties as necessary to support overall company operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; Masters degree o professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and tax laws in the Philippines.
  • Experience managing international bank ransactions and transactions involving forreign affiliates and clients.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (cloudbased accountting software or full enterprise resource planning solutions) and advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and objectives
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
