Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for management and administration of all human resource activities including policy implementation employee relations coaching recruiting payroll benefits and performance management within Lubrication Engineers.   • Manage the talent acquisition process which may include recruitment interviewing and onboarding of qualified job applicants collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Administer maintain and conduct annual enrollment for benefit programs and policies for employees.
  • Establish great working relationship with vendors for benefits payroll compliance and recruitment.
  • Reviews tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training continuing education and work assessments. This may include safety training antiharassment training professional licensure and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Processes payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Handles employmentrelated inquiries from applicants employees and supervisors referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Work with vendors to ensure compliance testing is completed and corrective action is taken if plan(s) fail testing.
  • Conduct exit interviews; analyze and report trends and provide tactical/strategic recommendations.
  • Guide management team towards appropriate handling of employee challenges and concerns.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings terminations and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management and employment law.
  • Responsible for employee relations including investigations where necessary.
  • Ensure company compliance on all applicable federal state and local laws and regulations and recommended best practices.
  • Recommend policy and practice changes based on internal trends and competitive benchmarking.
  • Maintain company worker s compensation and leave benefits.
  • Play an active role in facilitating and driving change throughout the company.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is required.
  • SHRMCP or PHR certification preferred.
  • 5 years of HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and advise senior level leaders throughout the company.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or other payroll systems is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to apply consistent decision making.
  • Must have very effective communication both written and verbal as well as listening skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
  • Must be committed to the company values and culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
