JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of the Human Resources Director encompasses overseeing all facets of HR management including the formulation and execution of HR policies handling employee relations and ensuring efficient performance management. Effective leadership and collaboration skills are essential for close interaction with both staff and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Human Resources (HR) administration
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing HR policies
- Strong understanding of employee relations
- Expertise in performance management practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership and management
- High standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Certification in HR management is advantageous
