Overview:
The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our Edtech platform. This position is remote and reports directly to the Sales Director. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Edtech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead mentor and train the sales team to drive performance and meet objectives
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the Edtech sector
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
- Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact sales success
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the companys products and services
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors activities
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely followups with potential clients
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team
- Ensure adherence to sales policies procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive retention
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing collateral
- Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize sales results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and management particularly in the Edtech industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Edtech products services and market trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions
