1. PowerPoint Expertise:

Possess Jedilevel skills in PowerPoint to create visually engaging and impactful presentations.

2. Articulation Skills:

Demonstrate excellent articulation skills to convey complex ideas and proposals effectively.

3. Positioning Abilities:

Develop and execute strategies to position the organization to the next level through compelling proposals and client interactions.

4. Team Handling and Mentoring:

Lead mentor and manage a team of proposal writers fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.

5. Technology Writing:

Understand and articulate technology concepts effectively in proposals.

6. AI Tools Utilization:

Utilize AI tools to enhance proposal standards ensuring faster turnaround and implementing productivity hacks.

7. Excel and Data Analytics:

Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analytics to support datadriven proposal creation.

8. Research Expertise:

Be an expert researcher gathering and incorporating relevant information into proposals.

9. RFP Creation:

Create and deliver fastturnaround responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

10. SME Knowledge:

Train and develop expertise in cybersecurity to understand and address relevant subject matter.

11. Entrepreneurial Mindset:

Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset contributing innovative ideas and solutions.

12. Content Marketing:

Understand and implement content marketing strategies to enhance proposal effectiveness.

13. Targeted Campaigns:

Develop and execute targeted campaigns to reach specific client segments.

14. Performance eMarketing:

Create content for performance eMarketing ensuring maximum impact and results.

15. WhatsApp Marketing:

Understand and create content for WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

16. Segmentation:

Implement segmentation strategies to tailor proposals and campaigns to specific audiences.

17. UI/UX Understanding:

Understand UI/UX principles and create content that aligns with design elements for campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Proposal Writer or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing successful proposal writing and related achievements.

Indepth knowledge of technology and AI tools.

Excellent leadership mentoring and team management skills.

Proficiency in Excel data analytics and research.

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic approach to proposal development.

Experience in content marketing targeted campaigns and eMarketing.

Understanding of UI/UX principles.
