Open Position: Quality Assurance Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company)

A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager to join them in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

Possess Diploma/Degree/master in Science or any related field.

More than 10 years experience in medical device consumer auto or any related industries.

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure consistent delivery of highquality products and services.

Establish quality standards policies and procedures and ensure their adherence across all departments and projects.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends patterns and areas of concern and develop strategies to address them.

Manage relationships with external stakeholders including suppliers and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve any qualityrelated issues.

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing or technologydriven industry.

Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar are a plus.

Excellent leadership and people management skills plus plus exceptional analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
