Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the dual role of ServiceNow Legal Services Delivery and ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer. This position requires a deep understanding of both legal service delivery processes and HR service delivery processes as well as expertise in developing and customizing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills analytical abilities and communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with legal stakeholders to understand requirements and pain points in legal service delivery processes.
Design develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to automate and streamline legal service delivery workflows.
Customize ServiceNow applications to meet the unique needs of legal services including contract management legal request management and compliance processes.
Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow legal service delivery applications including monitoring system health and addressing user inquiries or issues.
Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement within HR service delivery.
Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules including case management employee onboarding offboarding and HR selfservice portals.
Customize ServiceNow HRSD workflows forms and interfaces to align with HR policies procedures and best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and thirdparty applications as needed to create seamless endtoend processes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement changes and enhancements to ServiceNow HRSD based on evolving business needs and requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development with specific expertise in Legal Services Delivery and HR Service Delivery modules.
Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture configuration and customization capabilities.
Strong understanding of legal service delivery processes including contract management compliance and legal request management.
Familiarity with HR service delivery processes including employee lifecycle management case management and selfservice portals.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web development technologies.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Application Developer Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
Job Title: ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a ServiceNow PPM Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the implementation configuration and optimization of ServiceNows Project Portfolio Management module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management coupled with expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and administration. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand project portfolio requirements design solutions and drive process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.

Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules is a plus.

The candidate will be responsible for designing deploying and managing ServiceNow applications development and solutions that meet both current and anticipated requirements.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management(SPM) Application Portfolio Management(APM) development
Development and Implementation experience with SPM and APM capabilities
Integration of SPM with Financial Management system
Define create and manage the Discovery infrastructure including schedules credentials and midservers
Experience creating / updating ServiceNow Discovery IP ranges and schedules
Define technical solutions for architecture and design that are aligned with clients business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices
Collaborate with Business Functional team members to write/estimate stories.
Handson development experience in ServiceNow Platform
Experience with platform upgrades and patches.
Experience in building ServiceNow integration using REST API Spokes
Can handle sprint demos delivery of additional development artifacts and documentation and knowledge transfer activities as required
Provide mentorship to developers and platform engineers on technical design standards and best practices
Assist in identifying and implementing key business KPI metrics
Develop document implement and maintain ServiceNow governance processes procedures and policies
