Were seeking a selfstarting handson Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fastpaced working environment.Youll be instrumental in driving sales pipelines and exceeding revenue goals.
In this role youll be responsible for:
- Prospecting for new clients through various channels including cold calling email outreach and social media engagement.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and pain points to determine a good fit for our solutions.
- Delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value we offer.
- Negotiating deals and closing sales.
- Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Contributing to the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership of your work.
To be successful youll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field (experience can be adjusted based on your needs).
- Experienced in remote work settings and comfortable with autonomy.
- Native or advanced English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. (US clients)
- A strong understanding of the sales process.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- A selfmotivated and resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) a plus.
