Job Description


Job Title: Executive Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Pune

Reporting Manager:

Work Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM (EU Shift)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Validate and process customer orders.

Understand guidelines and processes and follow while processing.

Creation of customer quotes in ERP NetSuite

As a point of contact for the department be able to work with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Finance Sales Logistics Engineering)

Handling Key Accounts with the Account Managers

Follow up with customer and internal & external stakeholders for invoicing and sales related requests.

Resolve customer issues.

Support the sales department with administrative responsibilities.

Ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in ERP.

Maintain and develop necessary reports through ERP.

Lead projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes



Requirements

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

Graduate degree

Experience:

13 yrs.


Skills:

Sound knowledge of MS Applications Gsuite.

Understanding/experience working on ERP.

Sound Understanding of Supply Chain Cycle.

Excellent communication skills.

Goaloriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices.

Analytical and organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team.

Detail Oriented willing to learn attitude.

Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.


Personal Qualities and Behavior traits:

Good communication & vendor relationship skills must be professional and enthusiastic.

Information management & problem analysis and problemsolving skills.

Ability to prioritize and management workload and deadlines.

Sustained concentration and attention to detail and accuracy.

Maintain confidentiality & multitasking attitude.

Should be Polite and eager to learn and contribute every task assigned.
