To spearhead their sales efforts we seek a proactive and resultsdriven Business Development Executive (Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian). You will drive revenue growth and generate new business opportunities through highvolume outreach to prospective customers in the Greater Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities (cold calling email and LinkedIn outreach)
- Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs: revenue meetings sales activities
- Proactively participate in team training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and submit regular reports
- Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data (Kommo CRM)
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years of hunter sales experience in the US market (cold calling emails LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication in English (level C1C2) and Ukrainian/Russian
- Proven successful track record in B2C sales
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in using AI CRMs dashboards analytics tools and other software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to Real Estate investors in Sacramento/SF Bay Area is a huge advantage
- ADU Construction Real Estate or Property Management sales experience
- Experience in a highvolume outbound sales activities environment
