In this role we see a strong focus on strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and business service processes. Alignment and consulting of business processes during projects and change requests quality control of deliverables from internal resources / External partners and the transition of new solutions to the application support team is a part of this job. Work with the customers and learn the business problems that needs to be addressed and and through applying required analysis recommend and collaborate for a solution
Who you are
Bachelor s degree in IT/CS
46 years experience with min 3 years in ServiceNow consulting
Strong understanding of ITSM ITOM CSM HRSD Portal App engine and integration
Strong expertise in platform features and capabilities
Strong background and experience in ITIL
familiarity with the customer service process with focus on corporate function services
ability to configure/review configuration system in ServiceNow and prepare functional requirement specifications
strong expertise in platform governance and best practices
significant contributions towards design consultation and platform optimization
strong expertise in ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
maintain ServiceNow artifacts
proven and demonstrable skills and experience and highly collaborative environment
ability to take difficult decisions and act autonomously and successfully implement projects
ServiceNow Admin certificate is mandatory
Additional certifications desired are ITBM HR GRC finance etc
