Salary: Php 25000 Php 30000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Your Responsibilities as an Account Coordinator would be:
Respond in a timely manner to all customers.
Maintain client accounts and fulfill inspection orders.
Responsible for communicating with clients on a daily basis with updates and status on outstanding orders
Setup and lead video inspections on leased equipment to ensure legitimacy on funding deals of the clients
Process review and deliver PDF inspection reports
Receive feedback from leaders and other departments while being part of a diverse and inclusive team
Understand customer needs and requirements
Build lasting relationships with clients and other team.
Take part in training and other learning opportunities.
Constantly seek ways how to improve on performance.

Qualifications as an Account Coordinator:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience and track record in sales or similar industry is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and written skills.
Strong listening skills and phone demeanor.
Technologically proficient; not necessarily an expert but knowledgeable.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Has initiative and Can Do positive attitude.
Ability to work in a teambased environment.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
