- Build an IT Service Portfolio/Catalogue for Sindalah, with visibility of performance against agreed SLA & Cost parameters;
- Conduct regular reviews of service delivery processes identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement service delivery plans, and proactively manage and monitor service delivery performance
- Identify and resolve service delivery issues, ensuring prompt action and remediation
