Logistics Coordinator at Oatly Temporary position

This role isdiverse and youll have many internal touchpoints within Supply Chain the UKorganization and Finance as well as external ones where youll communicatewith our carriers and warehouses primarily in the UK and Sweden.

Proficiency inExcel and English is required. Knowledge of D365 is nice to have. Experience insimilar roles within logistics/supply chain or relevant education is also aplus.

Your mainresponsibilities will include:

• Providing logistics support to the UK market
• Serving as the main contact for operational logistics issues with our two external warehouses in the UK
• Reconciliation of balances and monthly closings
• Monitoring of EDI traffic
• Invoice control and posting
• Monitoring of KPIs
• Tracking of pallet flows
• Participation in internal planning meetings
• Informing about changes affecting logistics flows

The position islocated at our headquarters in Malm and is temporary from June 1st to December31st.
