• Oversees the daily performance of the outlet’s operations & Needs.
• Sets up the Workstations, Laptops, printers, Simphony W/S, Simphony Printers, and servers and ensures the proper installations.
• Maintains records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Confers with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
• Prepares evaluations of software or hardware and recommends improvements or upgrades along with its implementation.
• Software monitoring of all application services.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Preferably he has Good Knowledge with the Simphony System, MC, and Sun Systems.
