Job Description
This is a remote position.

Position Type: FullTime
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT department in implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across our healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring managing and enhancing the platform ensuring it aligns with our hospital workflows and compliance standards. This role requires a blend of technical prowess understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to work collaboratively with IT and healthcare staff to optimize the use of ServiceNow in improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure customize and manage the ServiceNow platform to meet hospital needs including incident problem change management and other service management processes.
- Collaborate with IT and healthcare department heads to understand their process requirements and translate these into ServiceNow configurations.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of patient data in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
- Manage user roles and permissions ensuring secure access to the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow configuration workflows and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure accurate and efficient operation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers for necessary customizations and script adjustments.
- Provide training and support to endusers enhancing their understanding and utilization of the platform.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features evaluating their applicability to hospital operations and implementing them as appropriate.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance regulations such as HIPAA.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and support across departments.
- Proficient in ServiceNow configuration customization and management.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in managing IT service management processes in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to highquality work.
- Experience in training and supporting endusers on new technology platforms.
