Job Description

This is a remote position.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team as we implement the ServiceNow platform across our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading change management activities ensuring a smooth transition for all staff affected by the new system. This includes assessing the change impact developing and implementing change management strategies and ensuring high levels of adoption and user satisfaction. The role requires a deep understanding of change management principles excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the ServiceNow implementation including stakeholder analysis change impact assessments and communication plans.
  • Work closely with IT and hospital department leaders to understand the changes in processes and workflows brought about by ServiceNow and to develop appropriate support and training strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs and materials to prepare staff for the transition to ServiceNow ensuring they understand the new processes and can use the system effectively.
  • Lead communication efforts to keep all stakeholders informed about the implementation progress benefits and how changes will affect them.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff and leaders to address changerelated challenges and to foster a positive adoption experience.
  • Collaborate with the ServiceNow project team to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management preferably in healthcare or IT project implementations.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives with specific experience in technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its applications in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci ADKAR Change Management Institute) is highly desirable.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and patience with a focus on understanding and addressing staff concerns.
