Requirements

Duties:

1. Answer incoming calls for various nonprofit organizations during pledge drives.
   

2. Focus solely on processing donations; no donation solicitation required.
   

3. Deliver consistent highquality support to all donors.
   

4. Document each call comprehensively including resolutions and any necessary followup actions.
   

5. Flexible availability required to cover shifts in a 24/7 operation.
   

Expectations:

at least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a call center either virtual or onsite


ability to consistently meet deadlines and adhere to guidelines


capable of working independently with minimal supervision


maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail


strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential

Technical Requirements:

PC with a dual core 2.8 GHz or better (Intel "i" class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better).


A minimum of 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.


At least 4 GB of RAM.


USB VoIP Headset.


Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.

A hardwired internet connection (no wireless) with at least 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload.

Duties & Certification Obligation As a Quality Assurance agent, you will: Complete a certification course that typically takes 1-2 hours. Join and participate in all communication channels made available to you for your success. Upon certification, you will be assigned a test call to complete, which will showcase your knowledge and understanding of the project and its requirements moving forward. Certified agents will be assigned a weekly list of businesses to call, where you will pose as a customer. Document your experience, evaluating professionalism, product knowledge, engagement, and overall customer service. Submit detailed feedback for each call, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Expectations minimum of 6 months customer service experience (call center experience, virtual or in-office) consistently meet deadlines and follow provided guidelines perform calls independently with minimal supervision maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in your evaluations demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation earn $3 per call, with the potential to make up to $30 per week by completing 8 or more calls Technical Requirements active phone line (mobile or landline) mobile device capable of downloading applications computer with a CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor or equivalent screen resolution of at least 1,280 x 720 (720p) internet explorer 9.0 or higher
