Project Purpose

The purpose of this project is to create a digital onestop shop so to speak for R&E staff across the organization to access pertinent internal information via an intranet site.

Areas of work as follows:

Information architecture

Create information architecture including global navigation within the current draft R&E SharePoint site based on the provided site map (i.e. toplevel department/topic sections).

Homepage configuration

Configure the homepage in the current draft R&E SharePoint site based on the provided site map.

Setting permissions

Establish permissions/access for a specific group of content publishers to the draft R&E SharePoint site. Ensure all staff (noncontent publishers) have readonly access.

SharePoint web training

Conduct SharePoint web content management training (including SEO and digital accessibility) for the project manager and provide training documentation.
