Job Purpose:
Widen the reach of company-offered services by targeting customers whose needs are of global aspects and thereby boosting international sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Grow international business by targeting global customers.
- Develop innovative and strategic sales plans in exploring new business channels.
- Coach, train and develop the potentials of junior members to turn them into valuable salespeople.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research and identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Effectively promote company’s services and be able to predict clients’ needs.
- Prepare sales contracts/agreements while ensuring adherence to company-established rules and guidelines as well as profitability targets.
- Negotiate priced, contracts’ terms and close deals.
- Solve customers’ conflicts through effective negations while ensuring customers’ satisfaction and company’s profitability at a time.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain a strong and professional customer relationship to develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers.
- Explore new business opportunities from existing customers and prospects, ensuring a maximum penetration of Posta Plus Group into the market.
- Achieve individual, team and departmental sales targets.
- Increase awareness about the company and its products and effectively cross sell across the client base and country.
- Attend to customers’ calls and emails professionally to ensure their needs are recognized and met.
- Develop and implement a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for maximizing growth of existing customers and gaining new businesses.
- Confidentially maintain a detailed, up to date database for all company’s customers and Job
- Monitor customers’ performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure Company’s service level. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer.
- Prepare and review the KPIs of all sales team and manage department annual performance review accordingly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- 5 years of experience in the same field
- Driving license is a must
- Proven track record of successful sales initiatives
