- Provide legal counseling, studies and support services to managerial and executive levels in order to protect and defend company’s rights and interests.
- Negotiation, review, interpretation and drafting of business contracts and agreements to secure properly worded, cost effective, low risk and equitable transaction for the company.
- Counseling on legal review of business activities to ensure legal, risk avoiding and proper business performance.
- Recommend, amend and review internal regulations to ensure equitable, law conforming and deficient free regulations.
