What You’ll Do
Participate actively and provide consultation in consumer research, brand, social, and sales analytics discussions.
Ensure that our work aligns seamlessly with client metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Responsible for writing the formal brief and for providing the ideal environment for creative development. He / she combines market data, qualitative research and product knowledge within a brief to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas that will reach consumers, especially in digital sphere.
Perform competitive analysis of brands, experiences and campaigns using analytics, work with account teams and experience strategy teams to identify new ideas and opportunities with existing client
Leads, mentors and delegates to the junior planners/planners
Participate and consult in all consumer research and brand/social/sales analytics conversations, ensuring our work is always aligned with the metrics of our clients
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Strategic Planning Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Brand Architecture, Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methodologies, Strategic Marketing, and Brand Management.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
