Job Description
Participate in different stages of the project and provide valuable and professional suggestions to the project construction as an end user
- Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user
- Learn and apply best practices from other plants and industries to new plants
- Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project
- End-to-end thinking, continuous standardization and continuous improvement of concepts and capabilities, through participation during the project, practice to fully prepare for the vertical launch and success of future commercial production
- End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase
- Good internal and external communication among stakeholders
- Good communication with stakeholder both internally and externally
- Apply lean, TPM and advanced maintenance concepts to project execution and subsequent commercial production
- Embed lean/TPM/Advanced maintenance system during project phase to BAU
- Continuous standardization, documented digitalization related projects and work experience during the period and can guide and apply to BAU practice
- Documentation and standardization activities during project and BAU phase
- Good coordination, communication and scheduling capabilities to ensure the success of project C&Q, PQ/PV
- Strong coordination, communication, and scheduling skills capability to ensure C&Q, PQ/PV successfully

Day-to-day production management
- The management office is responsible for the production of the workshop and ensures that the production meets the requirements of GMP and company standards. Supervise all production activities meet the requirement of GMP and company standards.
- Arrange production to ensure the completion of production plan
- Schedule detail production activity to ensure the production plan was fulfilled.
- Investigate and correct production process deviations
- Investigate and rectify deviation during granulation.
- Optimize production processes to ensure production efficiency and results
- Optimize process to keep production efficiency and result
- Review and release production record documents
- Check and release the BPR
- Issue maintenance SOP to ensure standardized production
- Issue and update the relative SOPs to supervise the production activity
- Oversee document record keeping and management
- Supervise production document management
