Job Description
- Strategy Development
- Presents innovative ideas and concepts to shape and enhance specialized sales and marketing training.
- Works with the business and IT to identify and deliver technology initiatives to deliver e-learning solutions & other training requirements.
- Works with executive leadership to drive new learning imperatives that deliver results.
- Uses data to help executive leadership determine accurate training and employee development options.
- Serves as organization representative on cross-functional teams that may include executives.
