Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs including attending conferences meetings and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and programs that support business development efforts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts tracking key metrics to understand the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients needs are met.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market trends customer needs and product feedback to guide the evolution of our offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 24 years of proven work experience in business development sales or a relevant role preferably in the Edtech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Solid understanding of the Edtech market and its current trends.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
