Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst joining the Client Solutions team the role is pivotal in translating client needs into actionable project plans. Collaborating closely with the Head of Client Solutions the BA will contribute to crafting tailored solutions ensuring that they align with client expectations and business goals. In the initial stages the BA will focus on understanding client requirements and actively participating in endtoend testing and implementation. As the BA integrates into the team the responsibilities will expand to encompass projectrelated tasks and contribute to the teams overall success. The goal is to become a key player in delivering projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

The interview process consists of 3 interviews:

1. General Introduction (60 min)
2. Technical Assessment (15 30 min)
3. Final Presentation (60 min)

ROLESPECIFIC

1. Client Requirement Understanding:
   • Work closely with clients to comprehend their business issues and needs.
   • Provide clear and comprehensive details including user stories for the development team based on client requirements.
   • Championing clientcentric design and ensuring that the solution aligns with their needs and expectations.
2. Proposal Formulation:
   • Engage with the team to provide input to shape client proposals and customize solutions.
3. Feedback Collection from Development Team:
   • Gather feedback from development team members on the clarity accuracy and completeness of the requirements specifications created.
   • Facilitate open communication channels to ensure constructive feedback is provided and addressed promptly.
4. Quality Assurance of Developed Solutions:
   • Ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements and standards before proceeding to endtoend testing with clients.
   • Conduct rigorous unit testing with developers and signoff on solution quality and adherence to requirements.
5. EndtoEnd Testing:
   • Compile comprehensive user guidelines and documentation to facilitate client understanding and adoption of the solutions.
   • Actively participate in endtoend testing to ensure solutions align with client requirements and functional specifications identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with the development team.
   • Educate clients on the use and benefits of the solutions.
   • Provide training to clients as necessary to ensure successful adoption of the products or services.
6. Project Implementation Support:
   • Provide support during the implementation phase ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution including user training and postimplementation support.
7. ProblemSolving:
   • Employ analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and address client challenges or objectives proposing creative solutions that maximize business value and mitigate risks.
8. Client Support:
   • Serve as the first line of support resolving common user issues and being the initial point of contact during and after project implementation.

   • Contribute to various projectrelated responsibilities and tasks under the guidance of the Head of Client Solutions.
