An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join a Financial Advisory firm.
Responsibilities:
- To carry out the daytoday administration of the front office including answering telephones managing guests support a shared mailbox and internal shared drive
- To ensure the front office is run efficiently to high standards and excellent customer care is displayed at all times
- Liaising with the internal enabling teams such as facilities catering meeting rooms and cleaning teams on site to ensure that our suites are prepared and functional for the host to facilitate
- Work with our Markets Group to assist in social media marketing activities
- Assist in marketing and promotional event management and corporate gifting
Requirements
- Minimum of One year experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage a range of tasks at the same time Highly organised with the ability to manage own workflow whilst being mindful of the need of others
- Ability to manage and follow tasks through to completion
- Excellent attention to detail
