Lead ETL Developer

Location: Brookhaven GA 30319

3month contract with a strong possibility of extension

Must be willing to work onsite in Brookhavens office

Job Responsibilities:

ETL Development: Design develop and implement ETL processes to extract transform and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.

Data Mapping and Transformation: Work closely with business analysts and data stakeholders to understand data requirements map data sources and implement transformations to meet business needs.

Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data during the ETL process.

Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for efficiency scalability and reliability addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring timely data delivery.

Collaboration: Collaborate with business users data scientists and other IT teams to understand data integration requirements and contribute to a cohesive data strategy.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes data mappings and transformations.

Job Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.

At least 3 years in ETL Development

Must have previous Insurance experience

Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica Talend or SSIS.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

Understanding of insurance data models policy administration systems and industryspecific data challenges.

Detailoriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Proficency in 5TRAN

Proficiency in AS/400
