We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Tasks
- Software Setup and Training
> Set up the study in the software in accordance with the protocol and regulatory requirements
> Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use the software in their use case - Client Support
> Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their questions troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing support. - Study Monitoring
> Monitor study performance to ensure adherence to protocol identify bottlenecks and check on quality of data. - Data Management and Reporting
> Contribute to the development of study documents including informed consent forms feedback reports and study manuals. - Product Development Feedback
> Gather feedback from clients on software functionality usability acceptability and performance.
> Collaborate with the product development team to inform new features and improvements based on client needs. - Regulatory Compliance and Data Security
> Guide clients on best practices for data security and compliance within the software environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences Healthcare Health Informatics Software/IT or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective and timely client support.
- Experience with operations with clinical studies/trials would be a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team collaborating with clients and internal departments
- Skilled at troubleshooting issues and providing practical solutions.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing technology and client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Skill in working with product development teams to translate client needs into actionable software improvements.
- Exceptional English proficiency in speaking and writing is essential for clear communication with clients and teams and for simplifying complex technical concepts. Additional language skills are a plus supporting our diverse global clientele.
