As a content marketer you will be a part of the Marketing Operations team. You will decide on demographics what kind of campaign messaging we want to deliver work with internal teams to finalize and execute a plan to drive revenues. You are required to use empathy logic and hard data to influence choices. This outstanding individual will also work very closely with the Sales and Solutions teams.
We focus on activating and scaling the best brand experience to deliver breakthrough marketingled growth costeffectively across all digital consumer touchpoints and channels. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined focused scope of work.
The Content Management SPOC is responsible for organising categorising and publishing content and information using specific tools and channels for use by different groups and individuals within the organisation.
In Reporting and Analytics you will have to prepare management reports and analyses both recurring and adhoc. This includes tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviours.
What are we looking for
We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:
- A content marketing ninja with understanding of copywriting funnel creation and conversions in B2B space (preferred in IT services)
- Excellent communicator (written verbal and presentation) skill with outstanding editorial expertise
- Understanding of B2B relationship building using marketing for business generation
- Expertise in channeling email marketing campaigns customer success and social media campaigns
- Expertise in creating content that scales and converts; and can live by the ideology create once distribute forever.
- Experience in settingup creative standards deep knowledge of storytelling building and delivering AIDA grade content.
- Ability to synthesise complex matter into simple and effective output
- Ability to build project pipelines lead projects from creative concept to completion
- Experience in working with graphics designers & content writers.
- Knowledge of storytelling creative writing fundamentals distilling business goals & needs within the context of insights standard methodologies and the overall innovative concept to get there.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead multiple projects.
- Ability to supervise and guide other team members.
- Positive relationship building skills and customerservice orientation
- Stay up to date with new technologies industry and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead interactive sessions and project kickoffs to assess and translate business needs into creative ideas
- Lead and influence creative conceptualization idea generation and thematic treatment across all use cases
- Land and maintain project plans for each result.
- Build storyboards to pitch and recommend creative ideas based on project needs standard methodologies and possibilities within the creative process
- Set the tone lead the execution of creative concepts by ensuring the application of storytelling and design frameworks
- Conceptualize compelling creative ideas and craft highimpact creative themes for all GTM communication particularly proposals (executive summary documents microsites and orals decks) case studies outreach notes capability decks leadership decks and research generated content.
- Chip into theme copy and creative writing across mediums including the web
- Ensure partner delight by ensuring overall work meets exacting creative standards business needs and expectations
- You will be required to help in the overall teams workload by managing your deliverables and assisting the team when needed.
