• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness;
• Build and lead a highperforming digital marketing team providing guidance on performance marketing SEO and analytics best practices;
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement;
• Work closely with partners to understand their business goals and develop digital strategies aligned with their objectives;
• Present performance reports and insights providing recommendations for optimization;
• Evaluate and integrate relevant technologies to enhance campaign performance and reporting;
• Collaborate with other departments including creative content and account management to ensure seamless integration of digital strategies across campaigns;
• Develop and manage budgets for performance marketing and SEO campaigns;
• Monitor spending optimize budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources.

We need your professional experience:

• 3 years of experience in digital marketing and profound knowledge of acquisition channels
  at least 1 year at relevant lead/head positions;
• BI reporting systems knowledge (Tableau Looker Power BI etc.);
• Indepth marketing experience and a passion for digital marketing/performance and technologies;
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and equally how analyticssourced insights could be turned into action.
• Experience in operating in Asian markets (would be a plus).
